1. Who We Are
Alexa-May Logistics operates the Wuber fleet management platform. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and applicable laws.
2. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, company details), data generated through platform use (trips, payments, locations), device information, and usage analytics to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the platform, process payments, send service notifications, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.
4. Location Data
Driver location data is collected in real time during active trips to enable dispatch and tracking. Location data is only retained for the duration necessary for operational and compliance purposes.
5. Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by Paystack and Flutterwave. We do not store card numbers. We retain transaction records for accounting and regulatory compliance.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment processors, cloud infrastructure, SMS providers), and when required by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
8. Your Rights (NDPR)
Under the NDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. You may also object to or restrict processing. Contact contact@wuber.com.ng to exercise your rights.
9. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES|256 at rest), tenant data isolation, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
