1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alexa-May Logistics platform (Wuber), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Wuber is a logistics fleet management platform that provides dispatch, payments, driver management, and analytics tools to logistics businesses operating in Africa.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate through the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Enterprise SLA terms are defined in your contract.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexa-May Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.
